Chef Maylin Chávez of Nácar Merrior y Terroir heads to the coast to collaborate with Chef Josh of Osprey CafĂ© in Seaside for a special evening honoring the abundance of the Oregon Coast.

Together, the chefs will highlight Oregon’s bounty while showcasing regenerative sea vegetables and other exceptional seafood the coast has to offer. Guests will enjoy a thoughtfully curated six-course menu, expertly paired with wines from two of the Willamette Valley’s leading winemakers — Cristina Gonzales of Gonzales Wine Co. and Elena Rodriguez of Alumbra Cellars
